Drop-off and delivery

Postage is not included in the item estimate. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending films. We will also agree the return of your negatives.

Items, laboratory services, original photographs, crops and framing previews are sent together. Originals are uploaded when you submit this form; some formats may already have been temporarily uploaded to create their preview. Large kiosk batches upload one photo at a time and can resume after an interruption. Unconfirmed transfers expire after 24 hours and are purged during a later transfer or by the studio.

For a complaint after your purchase, please see our page on Consumer mediation — CM2C.
