JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, HEIF/HEIC or WebP · Up to 100 MB and 40 megapixels. TIFF, BMP and HEIF/HEIC require conversion support on the hosting server.For some formats, the file is uploaded temporarily to create a preview, then deleted. The original for the studio is sent when you submit the basket.

01 · Your creation

An image that is yours.

Upload a photo, illustration or logo. By default, the entire image is centred and visible, including within the circular bauble insert. Adjust its size, rotation and position.

02 · Your design

Preview, adjust, compare.

The object preview helps you picture the result. The flat view shows the whole design, including the part that wraps around the mug.

03 · Our review

A project approved together.

Add your objects to the basket alongside your prints and frames. The studio receives the original, placement settings and previews, then confirms your project before production.

Before you personalise.

What is sublimation?

Heat transfers the image onto a compatible, specially prepared surface. The material and its coating determine the result: we use objects designed for this process.

How does a magic mug work?

Its heat-sensitive coating changes appearance as it warms up, revealing the design. The preview switch compares the two states; cold opacity and the reveal temperature depend on the model.

Which parts of the mugs are coloured?

The pink, light blue and black mugs have coloured handles and interiors. Their bodies stay white to display your image. The white mug is entirely white; the magic mug is a separate heat-sensitive model.

How are the Christmas gifts personalised?

The teddy bear carries your image on the front of its T-shirt. The cushion cover is printed on one side and sold without filling. The Christmas bauble holds two identical circular photos inserted back to back; it is not sublimation-printed.

Does the preview show the exact puzzle cuts?

The drawn pieces are illustrative. Your puzzle has the number of pieces stated in its description. The studio also receives the flat artwork without these lines to prepare the print.

Can I use artwork with a transparent background?

Yes, for example with a PNG file. Transparent areas appear against the object background in the preview. Your original is retained to prepare production.

Does an image extending beyond the edges block my request?

A warning identifies content outside the displayed area. You can adjust the placement or submit it for review. Keep important faces, text and logos away from the edges.

What sizes and prices are available?

The displayed price includes one object and standard personalisation using your file. Each model shows its printable area; for a mug, this is the flat artwork wrapped around the cup. Identical copies are charged at the unit price multiplied by the quantity. Special requests and models without a price require a quotation. Aluminium ChromaLuxe sizes are available in the print configurator.
